We’ve been busy –  busy since the first of the year designing and developing new vacation rental websites for companies across the country. We are excited to add Panama City Beach as one of the many locations we serve. Royal American (RA) Beach Getaways is a vacation rental company that specializes in resort properties. We launched their brand new website, which uniquely features their variety of properties – allowing them to market their many resort rentals with ease. From ocean front hotel rooms, to luxury condominiums, RA Beach Getaways has the rental for you!

The new RA Beach Getaways website is a perfect example of how ICND specializes in customizations that fit our client’s needs. For instance, we tailored our standard booking engine to their requests, providing them with a product similar to a hotel booking engine. When a guest books a unit type, our booking engine selects an available unit randomly and communicates this to their property management software marking that unit as booked.

As you may have noticed, our newest tagline here at ICND is Customized Solutions. Superior Results. The new RA Beach Getaways is just one example of the many custom sites and marketing campaigns we intend to produce for our clients. Seaside Rentals Premiere Vacation Homes, a luxury rental company out of the Surfside Beach area of SC, worked with ICND to launch their newest booking engine website. Seaside has been a valued client of ours for 5+ years. In fact, this is the second website redesign and booking engine integration that we’ve completed for this client! We were excited to get the opportunity to completely update their website, modernizing the site with a new design and unique functionality.

Seaside utilizes a Homeaway Property Management System, and we completed a full booking engine integration for the newly launched website. This allows the client complete ease of use between their website and property management system, making sure that potential clients receive the most up to date information on rates and availability.

This new website also sports a brand new responsive design, which we feel is essential for all new sites we launch. This allows Seaside Premiere Vacation Homes to capture mobile and tablet users that are on the go, providing them with a user-friendly website experience.

Seaside has also been an online marketing client for the entire time they’ve been on board with our team. We assist them in SEO, PPC and email marketing. The site is fully optimized and was redesigned with SEO efforts and conversions in mind.

We are excited to see Seaside Rentals grow in this industry and couldn’t be more thrilled to assist them with their website and online marketing moving forward!

Alan Holden Vacations is a family owned and operated vacation rental company located in nearby Holden Beach, NC. In fact – Holden Beach was recently voted one of America’s top 10 family beaches! They offer over 300 vacation rentals that range from single family homes, condos and duplexes.

We have worked with Alan Holden Vacations closely over the past months to design a custom, responsive vacation rental website that is fully integrated with their booking engine. The entire site scales to fit the screen its being viewed on, allowing our client to engage with mobile and tablet users as well. The client will be utilizing our Lead Tracker, allowing them to capture and communicate with leads effectively.

Along with the fully custom website, Alan Holden Vacations is also a Search Engine Optimization client. We are excited to announce this latest vacation rental launch and look forward to growing our relationship with a local client!

The Shutter Shop, based in Georgetown, SC, is a one-of-a-kind shutter manufacturer that produces everything in house, from cutting to painting, you can be sure their shutters are custom made. That is why InterCoastal Net Designs is the perfect web design firm for this project, we understand the importance of a custom job from start to finish. Everything is completed by The Shutter Shop in house: concepting, cutting and painting!

We started with a unique and custom design for The Shutter Shop as the basis for this website that features a responsive design and full content management system. Both  responsive design and the content management system make this a very usable website for our client and their potential clients as well.

Their product line includes, but is not limited to, both interior and exterior shutters, kitchen cabinets and specialty products such as wooden monograms. Don’t let the name fool you, they can literally do it all!

The Purple Onion Cafe, located in the heart of Shallotte, NC, produces dish after dish of delectable and fresh meals. In fact, it even brings a gourmet flare to this small, local town nestled in Brunswick County. Yesterday we posted about Art Catering, and the Purple Onion stems from this same couple, Andrew and Terry Bland.

We custom designed this website catered to fit our client’s needs. The majority, if not all of our websites launched now, feature a responsive design like the Purple Onion website. This is especially important for the restaurant business, allowing potential diners to browse the menu prior to deciding where they’re going to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Speaking of breakfast, lunch AND dinner…the Purple Onion Cafe is open for all three!!

ART Catering, located nearby our offices here at Ocean Isle Beach, recently worked with our team to launch a new customized website. ART Catering is an accredited catering company that boosts many awards both locally and nationally. Executive Chef, Andrew Bland, and his wife Terry started the business 15 years ago in Florence, SC and moved everything to Brunswick County in 2004.

This new website is fully responsive and features a customized navigation to fit the client’s needs. ART Catering‘s mission for a new website was to assist clients, as well as soon to be brides with planning ideas, menus and rentals. The site hopes to be a one stop shop for people in the market for event planning assistance. Along with a custom website, ART Catering participates in our Search Engine Optimization services, allowing them to reach their target clientele. They’ve even begun expanding north into the Wilmington area market!

Almost Heaven Cabin Rentals, conveniently located near the famous Hatfield McCoy trails in West Virginia, recently worked with Team ICND for their brand new website. Almost Heaven Cabin Rentals is a Lodgix customer. Lodgix is an affordable online booking software company and a partner of InterCoastal Net Designs. We work with Lodgix to develop affordable website solutions for new or moderately-sized vacation rental companies, allowing them to offer the ability to book online.

Not only does Almost Heaven feature a Lodgix integration, which displays each of their properties, it also includes a plethora of information about the local West Virgina adventures, a photo gallery and specifically information on the area’s most popular attraction, the Hatfield McCoy ATV trails. People travel from all over to experience what these trails have to offer and Almost Heaven is there to provide them with the best cabin rentals possible.

Our newest launch here at ICND is Explore Edisto, a vibrant site that encompasses what this region in Lowcountry, South Carolina has to offer. Edisto is a name that resonates in the hearts of many South Carolinians, as well as vacationers alike. Explore Edisto is actually a magazine publication and we have assisted them in going online, stay tuned for the next published magazine to be on the website.

The site serves to provide a one stop place for locals and vacationers to learn about activities on Edisto Island. We would highly recommend this website to anyone planning their summer beach vacation. It’s chock full of ideas and beautiful photography of the area as well.
