Plenty has changed here, for the better, at ICND this quarter. As we’ve been busily creating and launching several websites, our team has been hard at work creating new custom modules for vacation rental firms. One of the newest sites in which we’ve utilized this customization was Booe Realty.

We are proud to announce the launch of a completely redesigned site for Booe Realty. Located in Myrtle Beach, Booe is the largest providers of long term rentals in Myrtle Beach. In order to maximize potential renters, InterCoastal Net Designs built a custom long terms rentals module. With an overall aesthetic face-lift, Booe Realty is prepared to handle online bookings and traffic for years to come. Integrating with a Property Plus booking engine, recurring visitors will be familiar with the feel of booking, but now have a more pleasant and faster experience.

A new feature is the custom MLS real estate integration. Now those looking to purchase a vacation rental either for personal use or as a means of additional income can do so directly through the site and see results from the local MLS. A lot of personal touches have also been utilized such as a higher focus on property displays and a custom save feature.
