InterCoastal Net Designs built a custom content management system (CMS) into the CNA Exam Training Center site to allow present and future students to register and pay for their classes online. In addition, the website has a calendar where students can keep track of upcoming classes and class time.
The CNA Exam Training Center proudly stands behind their training and those who have taken their courses. They give you all the support needed up to the last minute before your exam. If you would like to go over the 24 skills for the exam at any time you will not be turned away. They are the best exam training facility in the local area. To prove this, they offer everyone who pays and attends the program the following guarantee: If you fail the state exam and you attended class every day then you can come back to class for free. You will, however, be responsible for the state exam fees.
We are pleased to welcome South Central Arkansas Electric Cooperative with the launch of their newly redesigned website. The website redesign was performed by our professional designers at InterCoastal Net Designs.
With the website redesign members of South Central Arkansas Electric Cooperative are able to view and pay their electric bills online using the convenient E-Bill Payment Center. There’s also plenty of energy saving and electrical safety tips on the site as well as an area of recipes. The Member Services section allows you to open new accounts, manage existing ones, update information currently on file, and put in a Service Maintenance or Disconnect Request.
A Pre-Pay Electric program is now available to qualified members of South Central Arkansas Electric Cooperative. The Cooperative will monitor a member’s consumption, generating a phone call or text message when the member is almost “out” of electricity. Pre-Pay Electric members can make payments by telephone through our automated phone system, online through our website, or in person at our Arkadelphia office.
The most beneficial aspect to the member, as well as the cooperative, is reduced consumption. Studies show that members who pre-pay for electric service use 10-12% less energy than those on traditional billing because they are more aware of how much power they are consuming. In turn, demand is reduced for the electric utility distribution system.
The real estate company, Greybeard Realty, located in Black Mountain, North Carolina, recently worked with InterCoastal Net Designs to have the vacation rentals division of their web site redesigned and made more social media friendly for its users. ICND started with providing the rental division — Greybeard Rentals — with its own domain.
The new site built for Greybeard Rentals includes the integration of a Vacation Rental Booking Engine that streamlines their reservation process. There are plenty of new photos of their rentals added to the site and you’ll find the navigation to be more user friendly as well.
As one of our newest search engine optimization (SEO) clients, Greybeard Rentals will have regular and thorough optimization performed on their web site on a monthly basis by ICND, which in turn results in higher ranking among search results for relative keywords and phrases in their industry.
To celebrate the inauguration of their new website, Greybeard Rentals are offering the Christmas Lights Getaway Package, a chance to explore Asheville from now until Dec. 31st. while staying in one of their selected rental cabins. We are pleased to announce the launch of the newly designed website Jenny Isgett For City Council designed by our professionals at InterCoastal Net Designs. Attorney Jenny Isgett has formally launched her campaign for the District 3 seat in Columbia, South Carolina.
Jenny was born in the Colleton County town of Cottageville and moved to Columbia in 1995 to attend the University of South Carolina. She announced her campaign — Jenny Isgett For City Council — in late October.
The district encompasses Shandon, Wheeler Hill, the University of South Carolina and Five Points and other areas. But its boundaries are about to be enlarged because of redistricting prompted by the 2010 Census. The U.S. Justice Department has yet to give approval of changes in two of the city’s four single-member districts.
Jenny, a Shandon, SC resident who is seeking her first public office, is active in her city’s historic preservation and arts community as well as urban development issues. She holds a B.S. in criminal justice, a law degree from Campbell University and teaches real estate law at Midlands Technical College.

Tilghman Resort, a hotel client of InterCoastal Net Design, recently held a “Cutest Costume Contest” successfully using the Facebook social media as their platform. They increased their reach for this promotion by advertising on websites of main markets. Their very successful contest drove nearly 500 new “Likes”, increased post views 136% to almost 240,000 post views in just a few short weeks and increased post feedback by a whooping 415%.
As a North Myrtle Beach Resort they have more Facebook “Likes” than all of their competing resorts. And the best part is, they are directly from sources of their feeder markets. ICND will continue to work feeder markets from quick drive markets and approach the North East to promote to in Spring 2012.

Over the years, InterCoastal Net Designs has always had a few clients in the Charleston Area, but recently we have entered the territory with a stronger presence. Our experienced and knowledgeable acccount manager, Nicole Michaels, is now a full-time resident of Charleston and will be working closely with our Low Country customers as well as traveling back to Myrtle Beach and Brunswick County areas to serve some of her clients here.

InterCoastal Net Designs has just launched the new web site for eLowCountry based in Pawleys Island, SC. Their site offers information on local accommodations, dining establishments from casual to elegant, specialty shops, and everything you could possibly need for a Low Country wedding.
eLowCountry wanted an updated look and feel as well as some additional functionality to improve ease of use. They also asked us to enhance the display of customer advertising on their web site.
This advertising web site is a source for both locals and vacationers to find out all they need about traveling in the Low Country of South Carolina. Advertisers on the eLowCountry web site will have targeted traffic looking for them and their products and services through the most popular search engines.
