InterCoastal Net Designs launched the new Lachicotte Company website that features four separate sites in one for their various divisions, Commercial Real Estate, Pawleys Island Residential Sales, Myrtle Beach Residential Sales and Pawleys Island Vacation Rentals. The Lachicotte Company boosts a brand new look, as well as completely customized functionality on their new ICND-built website. With offices in both Myrtle Beach & Pawleys Island, The Lachicotte Company covers a wide territory and they needed a website that reflects all of their MLS and vacation rental listings.

We completed a Property Plus booking engine integration for The Lachicotte Company, as well as a MLS integration with the Coastal Carolina MLS. The MLS integration was completed on three separate platforms, commercial, Myrtle Beach and Pawleys. Each of these sections of the website is designed to have it’s own unique feel, yet represent the brand as a whole!

The Lachicotte Company also realizes the importance of organic rankings and they are participating in Search Engine Optimization with the ICND team. We’re excited to boost their visibility throughout the Grand Strand region, as well as throughout the internet. InterCoastal Net Designs recently paired with the family operated, Lewis Nursery and Farms to develop a website full of history and mouth-watering produce! Lewis Farms is headquartered in Rocky Point, NC but is also well-known for their you-pick strawberry farm on Gordon Road in Wilmington, NC. The new site is top-of-the-line and includes everything from wholesale and product information to a blog that will soon feature weekly recipes. Lewis Farms has been around for over 60 years, and they also run a blueberry marketing firm, American Blueberries. American Blueberries currently markets over 8,000,000 plus pounds of blueberries annually!

Lewis Farms specializes in producing blueberries, blackberries and green pepper, but this North Carolina farm is also famous for their homemade ice cream, honey and jams that can be found at their Lewis Farm Markets.

ICND is excited to launch this website right as Lewis Farms will begin their spring/summer season with the open of farm markets this Friday! This completely new design is customized to the needs of the customer and demonstrates the wide range of work that the ICND team has accomplished. ICND is proud to be weeks away from releasing the very first responsive vacation rental booking engine. We’re not 100% sure, but we’re thinking this may be a first for the industry! The news from Google earlier this year that responsive sites were the way to go, put our rear in gear to comply with the search giant’s requests.

Team ICND is proud to announce the recent launch of Beach Vacation Choices – www.BeachVacationChoices.com.  This is a Escapia Channel Partner vacation rental website that ICND completed the design and development for.  Like integrating with an individual vacation rental company Escapia API,  the hard working programmers like lead programmer, Jonathan Richey, integrated the booking engine for Beach Vacation Choices with the Escapia Channel Partner network API.  This allows the site to feature many different vacation rental companies units in an abundance of beach vacation destinations.

BeachVacationChoices.com provides an extensive list of vacation rentals at America’s favorite beach vacation destinations. All rentals are professionally managed properties from top ranked property managers.

ICND was proud to be the select web design and development for the BeachVacationChoices.com Channel Partner API integration project.  We built the site to connect the beach vacation seeker to an exhaustive list of beach vacation properties for rent within one website.
