Mac Mail Setup Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard (or newer)
- Open Mac Mail, click Mail, then click Preferences.

- Click on the "Accounts" tab at the top. You should now be in the accounts area of your preferences. If you have an existing account that you are no longer using (from your old host), click once on that account in the left column, click the minus sign at the bottom, and click Remove in the pop up box.

- Click the plus sign at the bottom, enter your name, complete email address, and your email password, then click Continue.

- For the Account Type choose POP, for the Description enter your full email address, for the Incoming Mail Server enter mail.icoastalnet.com , for the Username enter you complete email address, and for the Password enter your email password then click Continue.

- In the Description box enter mail.icoastalnet.com , in the Outgoing Mail Server box enter mail.icoastalnet.com, check the box that says Use only this server, check the box that says Use Authentication, in the User Name box enter your complete email address, in the Password box enter your email password, then click Continue. There will be a delay as the mail client contacts the server to check your credentials.

- On the Account Summary page uncheck Take account online and click Create.

- From the Accounts page click Advanced, make sure all 3 boxes at the top are checked, and set the remove time to After one month.

- Close the Preferences window and you will be prompted to save the changes. Click Save.

- Please create a new message and send it to your email address. Wait for a short time and click Get Mail. If you have everything correct you will get your message in your inbox.
