There are two ways you can access your email through ICND's email system:
- Our Web-Based Interface can be accessed at http://mail.icoastalnet.com
When you arrive on this page you will be prompted for your UserID (which is your complete email address) and your Password (the password assigned to this particular user account)
Click LOGIN!

Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express
If you are knowledged in setting it up I think this text instruction guide should do.
- Open Outlook and go to Tools->Accounts
- Follow the instructions to Add a new account
- Your UserID will be your complete email address
- Your Password is the password assigned to your when the account was created
- Both your SMTP and POP servers should be "mail.icoastalnet.com"
- Under "More Settings -> Outgoing Server" (Outlook) or under the "Servers" (Outlook Express) Tab check the check box, "My outgoing server requires Authentication"
- Click Apply -> Ok.
- Click Send and Receieve. Check your settings again and if that doesn't work see below.
